Heather Gray

I am Heather, a California Girl born and raised, grew up in the small town of Ramona, Ca. After graduating from Montecito High School in 2006, I pursued a Real Estate Career and joined Keller Williams Realty and tried my luck at Real Estate for 5 Years. In 2009 I had my son Kaden, and he is a spunky little redhead, who keeps me on my toes. He definitely is growing up way to fast and has me laughing a lot. I Love Music and enjoy going to Lots of Concerts, Mexican Food, Going to Winery’s and Hanging with Friends and Family! I also love the flexibility of being my own boss and being able to make my own schedule, I can’t imagine my life any other way.

In 2014, I made the best decision of my Life to switch Careers into Insurance, and I truly feel that this is my passion. I have had the best trainer and mentor helping me every step of the way, my dad, Jay Gray. It is very rewarding being able to work together and spend time growing our business as a team. He has shortened my learning curve tremendously and has been helping people throughout Southern California with Insurance for over 15 Years. I specialize in taking the time and helping my Clients find a plan that fits their needs and budget for Medicare, Health, and Life Insurance. I really enjoy working with Medicare-eligible people through this confusing process and helping them figure out which Medical Plan is best for them. I love being able to offer home appointments to explain and answer all their questions, research doctors, hospitals, and prescription drugs. I represent most of the major Medicare carriers and can help guide my clients to the appropriate plan based on their medical and financial concerns.

Justus “ Jay “ Gray - RETIRED JULY 2026

After much thought and reflection, I have made the decision to retire. While this is a bittersweet announcement, I am filled with gratitude as I look back on the many years I have had the privilege of serving my clients and helping them navigate their Medicare journey. It has truly been an honor to earn their trust and assist them with their
health insurance needs. Whether we met during your first Medicare enrollment or have worked together through many Annual Enrollment Periods, I sincerely appreciate the confidence they placed in me. The relationships I’ve built with my clients have been the most rewarding part of my career. Many of you already know my daughter Heather Gray .
Heather and I have worked together and jointly marketed our insurance services for the past 10 years,
so this isn’t really an introduction as much as it is a passing of the torch.

Amanda Desantiago

Hi my name is Amanda. I am a 31 year old wife and mother who is born and raised in Sunny San Diego. I began my career in the Insurance world working for Farmers Insurance. Quickly moving through the ranks, I went from customer service rep to Agency Manager within a year. Big accomplishment for me, one I am very proud of. After taking a break and attending Palomar College, Majoring in Accounting, the enjoyment of helping others in the Insurance industry has lured me back.

Hardworking, honest, and very passionate about the needs and goals of my clients would best describe me. I believe that personalized service is essential when matching clients with the right plan that fits their needs and their budget. I go above and beyond to make sure that you are more than satisfied with your experience.

On my free time I love hanging out with my family, going to concerts and being outdoors. Traveling is one of my all time favorite things to do.

Amanda Shelley

I am a bilingual San Diego native from the beach town of Encinitas. I am a graduate of Torrey Pines High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder where I received a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish and International Affairs.

My journey into the world of insurance began when my mother asked me to help her sign up for Medicare when she turned 65 a few years ago. She and I were overwhelmed by the complex web of Medicare options she faced. Fortunately, my husband’s cousin Jay stepped in and completely demystified the experience. I was so grateful to have his guidance that I immediately became an advocate for his services and, in 2020, decided to change careers and join his team. As a Medicare Specialist, I take great pride in guiding people through the maze of Medicare and helping them to attain greater health coverage and financial freedom.

Today, I live in the beautiful neighborhood of Bay Park with my husband, Paul, 17 year old step-daughter Peyton, and our 3 year old goldendoodle, Elliot. My hobbies generally revolve around food, with much of my free time spent cooking, gardening, composting, traveling, and entertaining.
