* Extensive data on each proprietor, specifying if it is a corporate body or an individual, and noting if they possess direct ownership or indirect ownership (meaning the presence of at least one intervening subsidiary between them and the medical provider); and
* An associative numerical ID for each proprietor to facilitate connections to the registration dossier.
