Jay has been a good friend for years but this is the first time I’ve used his insurance services as I am turning 65 soon and will start Medicare. I needed to learn all about the secondary coverage considering my circumstances. I am moving from California to Oregon and he was able to recommend what coverage would give me the most value for either state as I will be commuting back and forth several times during the year.
