Who can benefit from this program?
Eligibility extends to individuals who match any of the criteria below:
* You are working, have a disability, and are under the age of 65
* You forfeited your no-cost Part A coverage upon returning to employment
* You do not receive state health assistance
* Your income and assets fall within the limits specified by your state
